Individuals are authorized to pre-register online (link below) prior to their arrival within 30 days. Upon completion of the online pre-registration forms, a background check will be conducted through the online system (connected through NCIC-III), then a preestablished SMS message will be forwarded to the applicant's cell phone informing the applicant's access approval/denial and how/where to proceed. Arrival to the installation must not be prior to the first day of the dates requested

Note: The online system is very sensitive to input errors and will provide a technical error, abort error, or denial if entered data isn’t fully understood (i.e., SSN input error, multiple home addresses on file, etc.). Applicants may resubmit online for technical errors; however, aborts and denials must be processed again in person at the visitor center.
