Community Leader and Information Forum (CLIF)

The Community Leader Information Forum (CLIF) is held monthly and open to the Carlisle Barracks community. CLIF is hosted by the US Army War College Commandant, and supported by leaders across the Army War College and Carlisle Barracks. Monthly CLIF meetings provide the opportunity for information to flow from leadership to community members, and community members to leadership.
