Blue Star Seminar
The Blue Star Seminar is the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) for spouses and family members who are geographically separated from their service members due to deployment, a permanent change of station move (PCS), or other qualifying situation. Honorary membership in the Blue Star Seminar is extended to spouses of deceased service members living in the Carlisle area.
Members of the Blue Star Seminar can expect information, support and connection to the War College and the Carlisle Barracks community during their voluntary participation in the seminar.
