Executive Leadership Development Course - Spouse (ELDC-S)
The focus of the ELDC-S Course is to provide student spouses executive-level education in various specialized areas including leadership, ethics, and communication. The goal of ELDC-S is to refine and expand spouses' executive-level skills and knowledge for use at the strategic level alongside their servicemember, as well as in any personal or professional context.

Course Learning Objectives:
- Analyze the unique aspects of leadership required at the senior-enterprise level.
- Examine the role of the senior-enterprise leader in assessing organizations, recognizing if change is needed, and collaborating with others to lead the organization through change.
- Design and support individual, team, and organizational development efforts.
- Evaluate the role of the senior-enterprise leader to act ethically and promote the values and ethics across the organization.
- Convey complex information and communicate effectively and persuasively to any audience.

In addition to the monthly class meetings and associated in-class and out-of-class work, ELDC-S graduates participate in FLAGS, SSLS, and at least one of the two Spouse Reading Program events.
