Gen. Joseph M. Martin, the 37th Vice Chief of Staff of the Army speaks to USAWC students on Army Leader Day
On Oct. 5, Gen. Joseph M. Martin, the 37th Vice Chief of Staff of the Army and 2007 Army War College graduate, spoke to students at the US Army War College during Army Leader Day. Presenting virtually with a small audience in Bliss Hall, Martin focused on the importance of strategic leaders care about the well-being of their unit members in a tangible way.

Individuals entering Carlisle Barracks will require facemasks and should expect slight delays as Carlisle Barracks launches a new Automated Installation Entry system on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020. Training will begin with the new AIE system starting Thursday, Oct. 1.

Convocation 2021 - USAWC class like no other
A class like no other in the 100-plus years of U.S. Army War College history, the Class of 2021 formally opened the academic year with the Convocation Ceremony, livestreamed from Bliss Hall, Aug.7 with a socially-distanced audience of student leaders, representing the class of 361 resident students and 79 Army War College Fellows.
