“We are working hard to get them the best experience we can,” said Frazier.

This week begins the Second Year Resident Course., July 13-24. Like the First Resident Course, the SRC of the USAWC Distance Education Program is not taking place in residence at Carlisle. It is being held virtually due to the national health crisis.

This course, like the FRC, includes mostly colonels, lieutenant colonels, and international fellows—predominately in the Army Reserve and National Guard—who balance online learning with civilian job, Reserve duties, and home life. However, unlike the FRC students, the SRC students started their studies in Summer 2018.

They will graduate Friday July 24 at 9 a.m. The ceremony will be streamed live at www.armywarcollege.edu/live which will include a roll call of graduates.
