Leadership expert engages International Society for Military Ethics

By Carol Kerr    31 January 2018

Prof. Chuck Allen and retired Lt. Gen. Jim Dubik joined forces to talk about ethics and education for senior military leaders. They led a panel discussion that incorporated discussion of Dubik's book, Just War Reconsidered.

Dubik is engaged at the Army War College, to include participation in the Commandant's Reading Program. The CRP is an elective course for those students who wish to delve more deeply than is already provided in the core courses on Leadership at the Strategic Level.

Six assigned books, and the follow-on discussions with the authors as guests at the commandant's Quarters One, encourage a deep dive into civil-military relationships and senior military leadership.

Chuck Allen, retired Army colonel, is professor of Strategic Leadership.
