The entire Carlisle Barracks community is invited to these two special events as Dickinson College and Carlisle Barracks recognize the service and sacrifice of our servicemembers and their families.

“We are honored to partner with, and welcome the entire Carlisle Barracks community. For many years, our Dickinson athletic programs and student-athletes have benefited from strong mentorship relationships with representatives of the Carlisle Barracks and U.S. Army War College,” said Christian Payne, Dickinson’s Assistant Athletic Director for Media and Administration.

“We look forward to providing new, energizing opportunities to engage with, learn from, and celebrate alongside local veterans, active military, students, and their families at all of our athletic events,” Payne expressed. “This fall, our debut Military Appreciation Events for Dickinson Volleyball and Football will recognize military service and leadership, and celebrate unity in our Carlisle community, and beyond.”

All active duty and retired service members are encouraged to attend with their families during these two events, which are the first in a planned year-long partnership to recognize the service and sacrifice of our nation’s military.
